Lane Usage
A violation of this section is a noncriminal traffic infraction, punishable as a moving violation
Just like any other vehicle, a motorcycle is entitled to the full use of a traffic lane. Lane splitting is not allowed. Motorcycles are not allowed to ride more than two abreast in a single lane.
